The Terrace Ridge Condominium Project was designed and constructed by Jodoin Developments Ltd. in 1976. The condominium complex comprises 15 buildings which includes 117 townhouses located on 97th Avenue in Grande Cache, Alberta. Each townhouse is a 3-story, 3-bedroom structure with a full basement, front entrance on the main level and a rear entrance on the basement level leading to a fenced yard and parking area (parking space for 2 vehicles). The townhouses are approximately 1200 sq ft which includes a large living room, kitchen, dining room and ½ bathroom on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The townhouses also have beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
